Shoyu Koji Beef and Green Pepper Stir-Fry

Ingredients (Serves 2)

5.3 oz. beef, thinly sliced and cut into stripes
2 green bell peppers, seeded and sliced into stripes
1"ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Seasonings:
1 1/2 Tbsp. Marukome Shoyu Koji
1 Tbsp. sake

Directions

  • 1. Season beef with salt and pepper in a small bowl and mix well. Set aside.
  • 2. Heat oil and cook beef in a frying pan. Add green bell peppers and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Add ginger and all ingredients under "seasonings." Serve immediately.
