(Serves 2)
| 1 (375g) Marukome All Natural Miso |
| 9 oz. Plain yogurt |
| 5.3 oz. suger |
| Apporx. 1.5 to 2 lb. chicken thigh pieces |
- 1. Mix with a whisk, Miso, yogurt and suger in a medium size bowl. Set aside.
- 2. Mix well Miso mixture and chicken in an airtight container. Cover with plastic wrap on top and close with lid. Keep in refridgerator overnight.
- 3. Heat grill or frying pan. Remove all excess Miso mixture from chicken. Cook chicken untill heated through. Serve warm.
